Re.BooooN! Online Store

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the “Re.BooooN! Online Store” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) operated by Triple Value Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
Users shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Company in connection with the use of the Service.
In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish various rules and policies, including but not limited to the Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchange Policy, and Privacy Policy (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Individual Policies”).
These Individual Policies shall constitute a part of these Terms.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Individual Policies, the provisions of the Individual Policies shall prevail.

Article 2 (Definitions)

“User” means any person who uses the Service.

“Products” mean food products and related goods sold through the Service.

Article 3 (Formation of Sales Contract)

A sales contract between the User and the Company shall be deemed concluded when the User places an order in the manner prescribed by the Company and the Company accepts such order.
If a minor uses the Service, the consent of a legal guardian is required.

Article 4 (Payment Methods)

The User shall pay the product price and any required fees by the payment methods designated by the Company.
Details of payment conditions are specified in the Legal Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Article 5 (Shipping)

Shipping conditions, fees, and delivery times shall be governed by the Shipping Policy separately established by the Company.

Article 6 (Returns and Exchanges)

Returns and exchanges shall be governed by the Returns & Exchange Policy separately established by the Company.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

・Registering false information
・Placing fraudulent orders or purchasing for resale purposes
・Infringing upon the rights of the Company or third parties
・Interfering with the operation of the Service
・Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in images, texts, logos, designs, and other content on the Service belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
The Company shall also not be liable for damages caused by natural disasters, communication failures, system failures, or issues attributable to delivery carriers.

Article 10 (Modification or Suspension of the Service)

The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.

Article 11 (Amendment of the Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms as necessary.
The amended Terms shall become effective when posted on the Service.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
