Returns & Exchange Policy
(For Domestic Orders in Japan Only)

This Returns & Exchange Policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within Japan.
For international orders, separate terms and conditions will apply and must be discussed individually in advance.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened items or for reasons attributable to the customer.
Thank you for your understanding.

Defective or Incorrect Products

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products.
However, if there is any defect, damage during delivery, or incorrect item sent due to our responsibility, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will arrange a replacement.
In such cases, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
