Shipping Policy
(For Domestic Orders in Japan Only)

This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to deliveries within Japan.
For international shipping, separate terms, conditions, and shipping fees will apply and must be discussed individually with us in advance.

1）Shipping Fees (Japan Only)

Flat rate: JPY 770 (tax included)
Hokkaido / Okinawa / remote islands: JPY 1,320 (tax included)

For orders totaling JPY 3,500 (tax included) or more:

Free shipping for customers in Honshu

JPY 600 (tax included) for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands

2）Shipping Method

All orders will be shipped using a delivery method designated by Re.BooooN!.
Customers cannot select the shipping carrier or method.

As a general rule, we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.

3）Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days after shipment.
For remote islands and certain areas, delivery may take 3–4 business days or longer.

Delivery times may be affected by natural disasters, severe weather, traffic disruptions, or large-scale events in the destination area.
We appreciate your understanding that such delays are beyond our control.

4）Packaging and Damage Disclaimer

We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely and that the outer packaging is free from visible damage before shipment.

However, once the package has been handed over to the delivery carrier, we cannot be held responsible for damage that may occur during transportation due to accidents, handling errors, or other issues attributable to the carrier.

Minor scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage to the outer box that do not affect the product’s functionality or quality are not eligible for compensation or replacement.

5）International Shipping Notice

This policy does not apply to international orders.
If you wish to ship outside Japan, please contact us in advance.
Shipping fees, customs duties, delivery times, and other conditions will determined separately on a case-by-case basis.
