This time, we used Liboon's "Domestic Hand-Picked Peanut Butter."

500g chicken thighs

<Material A>

  • 3 tablespoons shio koji
  • 4 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Garlic koji (grated garlic)
  • 1 tablespoon of domestically produced, hand-picked peanut butter
  • Fresh rosemary ( as needed )

Cooking Instructions

1. Rub ingredient A onto the chicken and leave it for at least half a day.

② Preheat the oven to 200 °C and cook for 30 minutes. Check halfway through to make sure it doesn't burn, and if it does, cover with aluminum foil.
