Perfect for special occasions! This bold yet classic koji-grilled chicken dish is delicious.
This time, we used Liboon's "Domestic Hand-Picked Peanut Butter."
material
500g chicken thighs
<Material A>
- 3 tablespoons shio koji
- 4 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Garlic koji (grated garlic)
- 1 tablespoon of domestically produced, hand-picked peanut butter
- Fresh rosemary ( as needed )
Cooking Instructions
1. Rub ingredient A onto the chicken and leave it for at least half a day.
② Preheat the oven to 200 °C and cook for 30 minutes. Check halfway through to make sure it doesn't burn, and if it does, cover with aluminum foil.
