This is a recipe for crispy scones with a refreshing lemon scent that will make you feel like summer.

- 200g pancake mix
- Additive-free Japanese lemon chamomile butter 40g
- 60ml milk
- Jam to taste
Cooking Instructions
1. Put the pancake mix into a bowl, add the additive-free domestic lemon chamomile butter and milk, and mix lightly with a wooden spatula.
②Put on plastic gloves and knead with your hands to form a lump.

③ Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet. Arrange ② on top, shaping it using a cookie cutter or knife.
④ Bake in a toaster oven until golden brown.

If it looks like it might burn, cover it with aluminum foil for a while.
