This is the perfect summer dessert with its crispy texture and refreshing mango scent.
material
- Frozen pie dough
- Egg yolk (+ a little water)
- cream cheese
- Chunky mango jam
Cooking Instructions
1. Partially thaw the frozen pie dough ( horizontal type ) and cut it into roughly square shapes.
Use a knife to make a slit about 1cm from the edge of the pastry sheet, being careful not to cut the two diagonal corners. 
② Lift the corner of the cut pie dough and fold it to the other side. Do the same in the opposite direction.
③ Place cream cheese in the center of ② and top with mango jam.
4. Mix egg yolk with a small amount of water and spread it on the pie dough ( be careful not to let it get on the cut side ).
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake until browned to your liking (5 to 10 minutes ) .
⑥Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste and it's done.
