How to make it

Season the salmon with salt and pepper and let it sit for 10 minutes, then wipe off any excess water with kitchen paper, place the salmon in a plastic bag filled with flour, and coat the salmon in the flour.

Add lemon chamomile butter to a frying pan.

Once the butter has melted, add the salmon skin side down and cook until the skin is browned, then flip it over.

Cover and cook over low heat for a few minutes, then flip the salmon skin-side down again to crisp it up.
