How to make it
❶ Season the salmon with salt and pepper and let it sit for 10 minutes, then wipe off any excess water with kitchen paper, place the salmon in a plastic bag filled with flour, and coat the salmon in the flour.
❷ Add lemon chamomile butter to a frying pan.

❸ Once the butter has melted, add the salmon skin side down and cook until the skin is browned, then flip it over.
