This time, the recipe was provided by Tsuji @tuki_429.

This is a recipe for healthy scones made with oatmeal and rice flour that have a refreshing lemon scent.

The customer used the Liboon product "Additive-free Japanese Lemon Chamomile Butter."

material

<Material A>
* Rice flour 140g
* 60g oatmeal
* 20g beet sugar
* Pinch of salt
* 2g baking soda

<Material B>
* 1 egg
* 50g yogurt

* Lemon chamomile butter 40g

How to make it

1. Put ingredients A into a bowl and mix lightly. Add a small scoop of lemon chamomile butter. Cut and mix with a spatula until there are no lumps of butter left, then rub with your hands until smooth.

❷ Beat the eggs in another bowl, set aside a little for the gloss, then mix the remaining eggs and yogurt, add to ❶ and mix with a spatula.

❸ Take out the dough, cut it in half and stack it (repeat 5 times), roll it out to a thickness of about 1.5 cm, cut it into a square and cut it into triangles in a radial pattern with a knife.

❹ Brush with egg for a glossy finish and bake in an oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
