Coinciding with GLOBAL GOALS WEEK, a week in which countries around the world raise awareness and take action to promote and achieve the SDGs, for three days from September 22nd (Fri) to 24th (Sun), you can casually experience the SDGs through delicious and fun food experiences.
Recently, various sustainable ingredients and dishes have been developed, but the mere mention of sustainability and SDGs often gives the impression that they are "high-barrier to get into."
Furthermore, when we hear the term "food waste," we often hear information about expired food and leftover food, but awareness and concern about the hidden food waste occurring on farms has not yet spread widely.
We will be holding the "Riven Sustainable Bar" as a first step in spreading delicious and enjoyable dining experiences, using carefully selected ingredients from farmers that would otherwise be thrown away due to their shape or slight blemishes, even though they are still delicious to eat.
A bar will be open for a limited time, where you can enjoy food and drinks made with carefully selected vegetables and fruits delivered directly from the farms that Riboon deals with!
